30-day returns, free of charge

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please keep all accessories, including the power adapters.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to pay for anything.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with free return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days, so contact us as soon as possible.
